1.locate Thunderbird Setup 2.0.0.6.exe in desktop file 
2.select an OS X application file
3.double click on Thunderbird Setup 2.0.0.6.exe
Actual Results:  
absolutely nothing

Expected Results:  
installation insructions to appear on screen
