When an e-mail notification is sent by Bugzilla, the e-mail of the commenter, the reporter etc. is contained into the mail. I think it's much better to not report the e-mail of one Bugzilla member by default. If someone want to (or must) show its address, he can turn off this option.

This will avoid problems with users that are infected with spam viruses. Obviously for accounts created in past, this option should be set as turned off.
