Build ID: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1a1pre) Gecko/2008052503 Minefield/3.1a1pre (but this has been happening for a while; I just got around to filing it).
Going one zoom level down from the default, the separator line between "Get Involved" and "Press Center" disappears.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load the testcase
2. On Windows, press CTRL- (Mac, CMD-)
Expected Results:
Separator line remains
Actual Results:
Separator line vanishes

I was going to try the auto-JAR-URL trick, but it seems we no longer allow that, so just rename "complete.jar" to "complete.zip" and open "complete.htm"--that should work.

Since I don't know what fixed this, and neither Martijn nor I can now reproduce, marking as WFM using:
