Use updated spellcheck hunspell dictionary for trunk apps. New version uses UTF8 encoding instead of ISO8859-2, and adds new terms

a=me on landing the new version. Please make sure that you're landing this ASAP, so that we know what we have in RC2 and not for our triage if we do an RC2 or not.
