Strings in pipnss.properties are byte length limited. Since a cyrillic letter is 2 bytes at least in UTF-8, all of them were over the length. This patch changes all the limited strings in pipnss.properties, and added back the original comments so that it's not forgotten. diffstat: pipnss.properties | 41 ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++-------
