436001 - Flash stops keyboard input with browser after flash text input gains focus

The bug I'm reporting appears very similar to Bug 355071.  Once a user clicks into a flash text input box and starts typing, user cannot click into browser url field and modify address.  Flash player will still have focus and keystrokes are entered into the flash player text field with focus.  User can get focus into url field by clicking into google search engine text field in browser, click in another firefox tab, or give other window focus and then clicking affected firefox window/tab url field.

I was at work when it was discovered there could be a problem with our work Windows XP Pro / Firefox 2.0.0.14 / flash player 9.0.124.0 setup.  I have verified this bug on this, my home computer, using Windows XP Pro / Firefox 2.0.0.14 / flash player 9.0.115.0 and flash player 9.0.124.0 after updating.  I feel like we would have noticed this bug if it existed in the firefox 2.0.0.13 build, but we have only noticed it recently in the 2.0.0.14 build.

Before verifying this bug under the Windows partition, I tested my Kubuntu 8.04 / Firefox 3.0b5 / flash player 9.0.124.0 configuration.  I could not replicate this bug under my linux partition.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox 2 browser window with two content tabs.
2. In one window open a page that has flash content with text input.
3. The second tab can be any content; google for example.
4. Ensure tab with flash content has focus and click in the flash application text field and type some text.
5. Click in url field and try to modify url.
6. Notice flash text field still receiving keyboard input while url field isn't being changed.  Click the second content tab, search engine text field, or another window, and then click flash content tab url field and address may be modified now.
Actual Results:  
flash player kept focus and cannot change url 

Expected Results:  
should be able to change focus to browser url to modify address and focus leave flash application.
