I turned it off one night, and the following morning when I turned it on, it didn't work. The green LED on the bottom doesn't light up no matter what I do. I tried turning it off, tapping some keys, waiting, turning it on, tapping some keys, then replacing the batteries and doing all that stuff again. It seems to be dead.
Double-check the batteries are a new set, if you already did then there's not much I can do outside of sending a new one.

Already tried two different sets, actually (one set of just-charged rechargeables, one set of non-rechargeables fresh out of the box). Cc-ing damons; not sure how much approval firepower is needed for this. Sean, I'll send you my mailing address in email, just to confirm. It hasn't changed recently.

Oh dear. I got a keyboard in the mail today, but it's missing some keys I use daily. Like "delete" (the one that deletes to the right). The one that stopped working was full-size. Unfortunately it seems Apple has discontinued that one. Can I send this back to you and get the wireful version instead? That one is full-size, according to the pictures: http://www.apple.com/keyboard/ Maybe someone else wants the pint-sized wireless one. (?) I'm sorry for the mix-up. It never occurred to me that anyone would sell a standalone keyboard that's just as cramped as the usual laptop keyboard. It still seems a little bizarre to me. Reopening for now (optimistically).
