Doesn't appear to block development... so dogfood minus
Need to fix to ship... so beta2 plus.

This seems fixed in yesterday's windows build(2000062520). Will chek on today's
builds.

can no longer reproduce this with build comm. 2000-06-26-08-M17 on any platforms
