Details
Working with HbmG on the pl languages.php file, he thought there was no way to translate the "How to Contribute" string beside the login link. Taking a closer look at languages.php, it seems How to Contribute is there, but commented out.

Just uncomment it? Or do you mean it's commented on all locales?
