We need periodic clobbers to happen on moz2 depend builds. For now, I suggest maybe once a week and lets see if thats enough? Or alternatively, is it possible to trigger a clobber after 'n' depend builds?

(This came up while tracking a performance regression detected in bug#435267 and bug#434085. It turned out that manually doing a clobber "fixed" the performance regression.)
