436626 - live titles not getting updated on reloading title

Fx3rc2build2, Vista, while testing litmus test case 4230, the microsummary live title does not update when using the context menu to reload it, when you have just added the bookmark with the live title. If you restart the browser, then reloading the live title seems to work.

Steps:
1. Go to this page and install the microsummary generator: http://people.mozilla.com/~myk/microsummaries/tests/generated-microsummary-updates.html
2. Visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Statistics
3. Use the Bookmarks menu and select "bookmark this page"
4. Select "live title" in the Name of the bookmark dropdown.
5. Save it onto the Bookmarks Toolbar
6. Right click on the newly added bookmark and select Reload Live Title

Expected: The live title should be updated to a different number.

Actual: No change.

I have two Vista machines and after restarting the browser on both machines, the reloading of the title started to work, but on one of the machines it stopped working after a little while.

Hmm, the steps described in comment 0 are different from the ones on the litmus site <https://litmus.mozilla.org/show_test.cgi?id=4230>.  There, one of the steps is to "Navigate away from the Wikipedia Statistics page (i.e. close the tab or go to another page)."

Because the microsummary service uses the loaded page, if available, to generate the microsummary, it will appear to not update while that page remains loaded, since it is generating the microsummary based on the (unchanging) contents of that page.

Ultimately the microsummary service should be doing something better there, but in the meantime, it is expected behavior.  If you tested with the page still loaded, can you test again with it unloaded and let me know if you see the same behavior?

Retested with the previously omitted step, and now I see the live title update when I reload it using the context menu option.
