The W3C spec says that text in an SVG document should be selectable. This is true on most implementations, except for Fx. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have an SVG image (embedded via any tag, or alone) with a text element (<text>, <tspan>, etc)
2. Try selecting the displayed text
Actual Results:  
The text isn't selected

Expected Results:  
The text should be selected, par SVG spec.
