43671 - Sorting twice on size column doesn't show correct result

Using Build: 2000-06-22 M17 NT4

Messages in the main mail window don't appear sorted when you sort the mails on 
size.  However if you scroll down and back up again, the messages do appear 
sorted on size. Looks like a refresh problem to me. 

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch mail
2) Click on Inbox (it should have more messages that could fit in a single mail 
window)
3) Click on "size" in size column
4) Click on the size again

Expected Result: You should see the message with the largest size on the top of 
the mail window
Actual: A random message of some size appears on the top of the mail window. 

Now if you use the scroll bar to scroll down a little bit and then move it back 
up again, you will see the message with largest size on the top of the mail 
window.

I'm not able to reproduce this with the 6/27 build. Pratik will try to 
reproduce.

Pratik showed me this.  You have to select a message first.  reassigning to 
hyatt.  David, I don't know if this is a dup of another bug, but basically, 
EnsureElementIsVisible doesn't appear to be making the scrollbar thumb change 
position.

Works as expected in 2000-07-13-08 M18 on NT4.
