Currently, if the PART is for our user, we disregard the reason part and just leave the channel and delete the view. However, we should really display the reason so that it:
a) gets logged.
b) can be seen by those of us who don't delete part'ed views.
And now, there's a new reason:
c) Freenode has a /remove command that forces a client to leave a channel by sending them a PART message (to scupper autorejoin - but not for long, I suspect). The reason in this case is critical, and since we didn't initiate the parting we also never delete the view - so it's doubly-critical to show it.
