I am the owner for ro locale.
I need a LDAP account to access stage.mozilla.org to test my translations.
I have a CVS account (bug 361484) and a SVN account (bug 377255)
By stage.mozilla.org, I believe you mean www.stage.mozilla.com, correct? Since you have an SVN account, you already have an LDAP account. Your username is the same as your SVN account, and you should have received your password when your SVN account was created.
