43702 - Misalignes text in left field when loading page from cache

In the page www.egghead.com/atcoast/computer_products/computer_products.htm text
in the left feild is misaligned when loading from cache only.  Page starts
misaligned when first loading and spreads the text into place, after the page is
cached it no longer spreads the text into place, leaving it slightly right of
it's intended place.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Goto www.egghead.com/atcoast/computer_products/computer_products.htm
2.After the page loads hit the back button or type another ip address to go to
3.hit the back button to go back to egghead.com and scroll halfway down the page.

Actual Results:  The right text column underneathe the Brand Stores heading is
misaligned with the text above it.

Expected Results:  The text should have been set in a column not exceeding the
blue background
