Build ID: 2000062408 Click File or any of the other labels of the top level pulldown menus (Edit, View, etc.) Click the down arrow. This should highlight the first item in the menu, but instead it does nothing. [evaughan: sorry to be cc'ing you to all of these nav problems, but I was wondering if these could possibly be related to your autoscrollable menu changes]
meant to press the down arrow, not click it (obviously). sorry for spam, just wanted to clarify.
might be an xp menu bug... not sure, but cc'ing pink and jrgm to see if it is.
this is also a problem for the context menus (am assuming this is not the expected behavior for context menus as well :-)...which are on all/all. yeah, now that i think about it, this does seem more xp menus... but do correct me if am wrong!

nominating for beta2 (fwiw)... not only occurs with top level menus, but also when you encounter a child menu --the child menu will expand, but you cannot select any members using down arrow (this bug) or the right arrow (bug 43736).
