Hey there:  I pulled out all the strings that we can reuse for the different locales.  

Pascal:  I think it might be easier to keep it to the locales we rolled the site out in:  zh-CN, en, es-ES, ru, ja, fr, de, it, pl, pt-br.  I had grand visions to get this out to whoever wanted to translate it, but might be tricky with the cookie setting.

Pascal & Steven:  Can you work to get these set up?  

Here is all the content + the appropriate certificate URl for each locale.  I am also including a screen shot of the English version.  Thanks!

Steven, what are the extra headers I should put on first run pages to have this box be displayed only for people that added their pledge on spreadfirefox ?

Currently I only have this in localized pages:

For Japanese, ask Kohei, they host their own start page on mozilla.jp

I've taken a look at all the additions, and they look good (can't verify language issues); a few notes, however:

[1] The link to certifcate_form is expected to fail until we go live with Download Day (day of): see bug 435372.
[2] The behavior of this page should be controlled by a cookie, and not statically as it is now (which is fine, just pointing it out). See bug 437242 for that.
