437518 - lost all URL address in tabs and in tool bar while all webpages froze up visually, could still click around but unless I scrolled up or down pages would not load

I had four tabs open, pandora.com, shirt.woot.com, the firefox 3 tshirt contest and threadless.com. while on the threadless.com website I all of a sudden lost all of the tab short web description titles and the url became visually empty. All of the sites were still functioning but when trying to navigate to different sections of each site the images were frozen. for example I was looking at threadless's site on one of their pages of all their shirts. when I clicked on one shirt to get a better view the page remained the same (images did not change) but when I scrolled down the content was there but since I could only scroll so far the content would only load in as far as I could scroll.

At that point then all links were broken and even the back and foreword buttons were not working.

Reporter, please update to Firefox 3.6.10 or alter. Firefox 3.0 is no longer supported and is no longer receiving updates. After you update, please create a fresh profile, http://support.mozilla.com/kb/managing+profiles, and test to see if your bug still exists. If you still the bug, then please post a comment with the version you tested against, and the problem. If the issue is no longer there, please set the RESOLUTION to  RESOLVED, WORKSFORME.

No reply from reporter, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.12 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
