Bug 418479 added a pref that controls whether Gecko will honor the OS text smoothing (anti-aliasing) setting or not.

For parity with Safari and to better fit with the rest of the OS, we should enable it by default.

This makes us match Safari and Camino 1.6.x (and produces significantly more legible rendering at small font sizes with a reasonable minimum font size set in the browser).  

I've also removed the obsolete pref to use the old QuickDraw Quartz font rendering, which has been removed from the tree.
