RESOLVED DUPLICATE of bug 376044

Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9
Build Identifier: the Bugzilla version at <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/>

When I execute a Bugzilla query and get a summary report listing a number of bugs, selecting the "Change Columns" link at the bottom of the page results in the following error message:

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Reproducible: Always

I don't have a laptop to bring with me on trips. If I use a hotel's "Business Center" PC, it usually has IE.

I recently finished a two-week trip. I used IE to logon to my Bugzilla account and selected one of my preset queries. The resulting display did not use the columns I usually see because this PC did not have the Bugzilla cookies containing my preferred setup. When I went to change columns to obtain a display that would be more useful, I got the error message.

Tonight, I used IE on my own PC and reproduced the problem (Internet Explorer 7.0.6000.16640).

This problem does not occur with SeaMonkey 1.1.9, indicating either invalid UA sniffing or else the use of non-standard, Gecko-specific HTML.
Probably the same root cause as bug 376044.
