The Trash folder is empty ??? Help Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Select email to delete 2.Tab on the delete option 3.message appears trash folder is full
Q1: Is this a POP or an IMAP account, i.e., is the Trash folder local or located on a remote server? Q2: Are you compacting your folders on a regular basis? Deleting will remove them from being listed, but messages are still physically there until the folder is compacted. Also, for support requests, please use forums or newsgroups first as the initial help rather than filing a bug report here. http://www.mozilla.org/support/thunderbird/
Frank, if no further comments are added within the next two weeks, I'll assume that this is resolved and close this bug report.
No further response from reporter, closing. Please feel free to reopen if this is still a problem you could not resolve otherwise and you have further information to add regarding my questions in comment #1. -> INCOMPLETE
