Cannot delete messages when trying to delete a received email Thunderbird keeps indicating the Trash Folder is full and can't hold more messages. The Trash folder is empty ??? Help 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select email to delete 
2.Tab on the delete option 
3.message appears trash folder is full

Q1: Is this a POP or an IMAP account, i.e., is the Trash folder local or located on a remote server?

Q2: Are you compacting your folders on a regular basis? Deleting will remove them from being listed, but messages are still physically there until the folder is compacted.

Also, for support requests, please use forums or newsgroups first as the initial help rather than filing a bug report here.
