It doesn't seem to be obscured - If I press Ctrl-A,C in this dialog, I get the following text (verbatim):

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start TB
2. Click Help -> About Mozilla Thunderbird
Actual Results:  
Shows application name, version number, build date, and copyright notice, but no build ID.

Expected Results:  
Should show build ID below the copyright notice, like all the other Mozilla applications and older versions of TB.
