User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: 2.0.0.14 At least once a week I get the "high watermark" message and sometimes non-acception of mail even though all categories are empty (inbox, draft, sent, trash, etc.) are empty. This is true for my webmail account also. Each time I view my mail, I empty all items. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1.get mail 2. 3. Actual Results: One of the messages in my inbox says I have reached the high watermark and remove messages from my inbox. Expected Results: Nothing in particular until I get the next "high watermark" message.
(Q1) What is evidence/your base that phenomenon upon you was produced by Tb's fault in code? (or that troubles upon you due to the phenomenon was caused by Tb's flaw) (Here is bugzilla.mozilla.org, not support forum nor Help Center) (Q2) POP3(or "Local Folders")? IMAP? (Q3) What do you mean by your "high watermark"? What is exact message text? (1) POP3 server rejected new mail (reached quota at POP3 server) ("Leave Message on Server" & no settings/operation to delete from server) (2) Reached quota at IMAP folder (Deleted but not expunged, or too many mails in IMAP folders) (3) Reached current 4GB file size limitation of Tb (Deleted but not compacted, or too many mails in a mail folder) (4) Reached quota of directory on local/network drive (Deleted but not compacted, or too many mails in mail folders) (Q4) Which do you mean by your "empty"? Both? (A) Number of alive mails in a mail folder==ZERO (B) File size of file for mail folder==ZERO==Null file (Q5) For category of (A), "Delete", "Empty Trash" is available. For category of (B), "Compact Folder(s)" is available. Did you do both?
