User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 I have a D-LINK DIR655, prior to RC2, I could login to the gateway through the admin page without problems. Since installing RC2 I can no longer login. The login page appears and lets me enter credentials (so Firefox can see the gateway without problems). But when it tries to authenticate Fireefox RC2 pops up a error dialog that says "The network connection seems to be down. Press 'Ok' to try again." Needless to say the network connection is just fine, and I can connect to it with older versions of firefox and with IE7. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Got the login page 2.Attempt to login Actual Results: Error dialog which says "The network connection seems to be down. Press 'Ok' to try again." Expected Results: Should go to the main admin page of the gateway If you need me to open up access to the gateway for a brief time I would be willing to do that.

I have experienced same problem with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.1pre) Gecko/2008062006 GranParadiso/3.0.1pre on same router (Dlink dir-655). I do not have the problem with Bon Echo.
I have the same problem as well with the same router. It only started after applying the patches today. Earlier this morning it worked fine. I am running the absolute latest Firefox 3 patch from the Ubuntu 8 (Hardy) repositories (Linux). I've tried this with a Firefox 2 setup, and on Opera and both work just fine.
