I tried searching the hp knowledge base and received an error trying to access a
link.
The link is located on following page: http://www.hp.com/visualize/support/
look for support tools then click knowledge base.
The link worked properly in netscape4

this was a known bug, but cannot reproduce this. what build are you using?
