Microsoft Internet Explorer and Windows version of the Netscape Navigator window
differs
from the picture shown in Mozilla (look at the letter picture in the right part).
Strange messages "Not found" are shown on the screen.
This page is prepared for "Baltic", cp1257. Text is OK, but frame looks strange.
Gediminas Bukauskas, Lithuania, Kaunas
Confirming on the Linux build I downloaded today which doesn't show a build ID
(says 20000625 under Help -> About Mozilla).
Upper/Lower "striped bars" don't appear. Uppon reloading, they appear but the
message "Not Found" is displayed to the left of the "envelope" image.

confirmed. The image /usersays.gif is not being displayed on initial load.
After several reloads it did load the image correctly. over to layout for triage.

Pam, can you please take a look. I'm seeing the "Not Found" messages on Windows
as well.

mmmm. I don't think you mean usersays.gif. The cgi counter jpg is
the more likely culprit. It looks fine today.
That filename is http://www.e-post.lt:2000/index.jpg.
