Using my Win32 Debug Mozilla build from 6am 06/26/00:

If I bring up a new mail window, click on a message so that all the toolbar 
buttons become enabled, and then mouse over each one, the buttons shift slightly 
to the left as I pass over them.
Reproduced problem using build 2000-06-23-09M17: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04

I don't think so because the problem is with a mouse-over where many icons, at 
once, are shifting to the left. In bug# 35457 they state that when a 
toolbar icon is pressed that it should move.

Isn't this fixed with Modern now?  Is this was reported with Blue, it shouldn't
be open.
