[smoketest build win32/"talkback"]
mozilla -profilemanager
create profile `smoke`
select `smoke`
rename `smoke` -> `smoketest`
click delete profile
select delete all files
<crash>
If you don't rename the profile it won't crash. WorkAround select another 
profile and then select `smoketest` before clicking delete profile.

oddly, this causes an MSVCRT error instead of loading talkback

OK, I'm seeing this on Mac too.  Tested on 062808.  It doesn't crash if you run 
the profile (launch mozilla) after renaming it and then close mozilla and delete 
teh profile.

updating Platform and OS to all.  Alek J also sees this in commercial.  Updating 
severity, this is a crash but can be avoided while maintaining functionality.

works for me on 2000071208 build
