2.0.0.14 Attempting to load the URL http://www.buckrock.org/Buck%20Rock%20Pan1.html hangs Firefox. Closing it closes the window, but the firefox.exe process hangs around in memory until forcibly closed.
Jerry do you see this also with version 3?
Yes and no. Firefox no longer hangs, but after visiting that URL it isn't possible to close the firefox.exe process without forcibly killing it.
does the bloody site even work? doesn't totally load for me in IE or FF
Except for that particular page, I haven't experienced any issues. Still, I don't think hanging the firefox process is a valid action for a broken Web site.
true. doesn't hang shutdown for me with 3.1 and java (build 1.6.0_07-b06) Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.9.1b2pre) Gecko/20081111 Minefield/3.1b2pre (page has "notinited" in the status line)

Closing this as Incomplete since its been a long time since the last update on this issue and there is no reachable test case to investigate this further.
