From the Bookmarks drop-down menu, right click a bookmark item (not a folder), there's no "Sort by name" option available.
While right clicking an empty space (still in the drop-down menu area), will show the missing function is still there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Bookmarks menu
2. Right click any bookmark item (not a folder)
Actual Results:  
Missing "Sort by name" option

Expected Results:  
There's should be "Sort by name" option
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
Closed: 16 years ago
Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
