Details

File downloads do not appear to work on the first try. After the browser brings up the save location dialog and a location is selected, the download progress dialog is brought up, but nothing further happens. However, if the dialog is dismissed with the Ok button, the next attempt succeeds.
Confirmed, marking as NEW. Build 2000062608, Windows 98 SE shows the same.
