when the mouse move over the menu "Editorial", the dropdown submenu will behind the flash object, and you can't find the rest of the submenu item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install flash plugin (version 9 or 10 is ok)
2.open the site: http://www.gettyimages.com/
3.move your mouse over the menu "Editorial"
Actual Results:  
the dropdown submenu overlapping by the flash

Expected Results:  
the dropdown submenu in front of the flash

you know wmode=transparent doesn't work under linux and I have checked this with other browser :
1.konqueror 3.5.9 did it fine.
2.IE6/7 is ok.
