Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Sunbird russian
2. Run
3. try to add task or event in any way
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

I tried Sunbird 0.8 (20080331) <http://releases.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/sunbird/releases/0.8/win32/ru/sunbird-0.8.ru.win32.zip> and it works correctly.

Please check the Calendar tab that at least one calendar is writable. (If all calendars are set to read-only the New Event and New Task commands are disabled.)

Please check Tools -> Error Console for any error messages and copy+paste them here.
