User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; it; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; it; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Attached a zip file, with html page and screenshots the page renders ok, but clicking on a link has the effect of rearranging the page (!!!) in another shape. This does not appear in IE7 It appeared in various versions of Firefox. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. uncompress the zip file attached 2. open the html page 3. the page renders ok, as shown in the file first.png 4. left click on the "Latest news" blue link (the one shown in first.png) 5. when clicking (also before releasing) the page rearranges as shown in figure second.png 6. the click at the end has no effect 7. Then, left click on the image shown in second.png 8. as before, the page rearranges as in first.png Actual Results: the page switch from one rendering to another Expected Results: the page should have always the same rendering (try opening it with other browsers!)
Does this bug still exist in Firefox 3? The reflow-branch landing fixed a whole lot of rendering instability bugs.
I tried again in Firefox 3.0.3, and it seems to work fine.
