Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached testcase.
2. Right-click the toolbar and choose "Customize".
3. With the "Customize" window still open, click the above textbox to focus it.
   (It turns red due to the CSS rule.)
4. Click the "X" to close the "Customize" window.

Actual Results:  
The textbox loses focus, but the red background stays.

Expected Results:  
Either the textbox retains focus, or the red background disappears.
