Hi, this problem is around for some time, I hoped that in FF3 it would be fixed but to no avail. I read now that FF3 final has a release date set so I had to report this.

At the moment it's not possible to launch an external RSS reader from Firefox and manage the feed. Many people wrote patches for Firefox 2, maybe it's not the best solution but it's also appliable to Firefox 3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an RSS feed
2. Choose an external application to manage the feed

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Forward the feed to an external RSS manager.
