Some shortcuts don't work if the focus is on a flash video/component

I haven't tested for any other shortcuts but i suspect the same problem applies Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. open youtube.com and play any video 2. place the mouse on the video or move any handle inside it 3. hit ctrl+t 4. a new tabs should be created when it isn't Actual Results: no tab is created Expected Results: a new tab should be created and focused
