If you put your pointer at the very corner of an image and start dragging it the thumbnail can be floating a few pixels away.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put your mouse on the very corner pixel of a large image.
2. Drag the image.
Actual Results:
The thumbnail was floating a few pixels away from the pointer.
Expected Results:
The thumbnail should be positioned relative to the pointer AFTER being resized.
This is obviously very obscure but still technically a bug.
