439262 - update to RC3 fails if firefox is started a second time durring the update

When starting Firefox RC2 firefox had already download the update to RC3.  When it went to apply the update I accentally started firefox a second time.  That caused a crash with the error "The procedure entry point JSLL_Zero could not be located in the dynamic link library js3250.dll."  I recieve this error everytime I try to start firefox at this point.  Reinstalling firefox from the setup program resolved this issue.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start firefox3 RC2 after it has downloaded the RC3 update
2.While it is updating start firefox a second time

Actual Results:  
The error "The procedure entry point JSLL_Zero could not be located in the dynamic link library js3250.dll" is displayed and firefox cannot start due to this error.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should refuse to start the second time without interfearing with the first instances update.
