"ERROR Closing Link: mixedpuppy [remote.activestate.com] (Too many connections from your IP)"

Reproducible: Always

This is a config change, or Gavin and I could do it. Note that ActiveState already has an exception for gw, but they've switched to remote, afaict.
(gw.activestate.com is already allowed 50 connections)
Summary: Request to bump up the connection limit for remote.activestate.com and/or gw.activestate.com → Request to bump up the connection limit for remote.activestate.com
Eric says that the gw.activestate.com exception needs to stay.

I added an exception for remote.activestate.com same as gw.activestate.com to both servers, rehashed the one I'm on. (Not sure how to rehash the other? Are both up and running even?)

Please reopen if this doesn't work or whatever.
