STR:
  1. Go to https://www.authstage.mozilla.com/en-US/products/firefox/3.0/whatsnew/ using Firefox 2.0.0.14.
  2. Page says I'm using 2.0.0.14.
  3. Page says "What's new in this update? View the release notes."
  4. "View the release notes" goes to 3.0 release notes.

We should either remove the "What's new" line when using an old version or link to the 2.0.0.14 release notes. I vote for the former.

The former sounds like a plan to me. Steven, can you fix?

Huh? where?

You're going to a Firefox 3 in-product page and you want it to talk about Firefox 2? This is INVALID.

I thought it was, I didn't realize we had javascript for older versions of Firefox. I'd suggest we remove the JavaScript but removing the link would work.
Link was removed somewhere along the line and the page no longer links to release notes.

Link is gone for older versions as Wil mentions in comment 4, on http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/products/firefox/3.0/whatsnew/.
