It's very annoying to click on an article link for a different locale than your own in either tiki-browse_categories.php or tiki-listpages.php, and have it fall back to your locale rather than the page you intended to view.

Sorry if I was a bit cryptical... I mean: in the email notifications you have:

"You can view the page by following this link:"

and the proposed link has the same problem described by Chris: it doesn't have the ?bl=n notation, so very often is not the link to the intended page - it falls back to your locale.

Don't know if this matter deserves to be discussed in another bug.
