Now that the Weave server has an API for changing a password (per bug 435484), it would be useful for the client to have some UI for using that API.

Here's the patch I checked in that implements this feature.  It's not perfect.  I wish it looked prettier, and some of the behavior could probably be improved.  But it's ok.
