439607 - Email Configuration can't be changed

i've MySql, Bugzilla to support and i can't make any changes to the configuration of the Email settings. Need urgent assistance to resolve the matter. Thanks, the following steps will exactly what i faced :

1. open explorer.exe, type in the URL http://localhost/bugzilla
2. And i need to login as administrator.
3. As i've login i went to set for parameter 
4. Finally when i need to change those configuration. Nothing changed.

Bily,

your description is quite a bit confusing.

1) What version of bugzilla are you using ?
2) What do you mean exactly by "make change to configuration of the Email setting" ? As a user or as an admin ?  The most clear answer would be a reference to paragraph in the documentatiion(see http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/) and/or an URL like localhost/bugzilla/usersprefs.cgi .
3) How do you change the configuration exactly ?
4) Sure you can't reproduce the problem ?

and/or an URL like localhost/bugzilla/usersprefs.cgi .  i'm administrator and i've given all the rights to myself. So when i log in, i'm suppose to change settings for parameter. But when i "save changes", nothing is saved. And everything i just keyed in return back to default. Neither did i check on the reset button

4) Sure you can't reproduce the problem ? nope. I can't reproduce the problem
