i have in the option enable the warning, but if i clode firefox WITH open tabs, i see not the warning about "you have x open tabs... sure close? (checklbox) dont show this message in the future".



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Firefox 3.0 final (relase from 2008-06-17)
2.open one ore more tabs
3.click close (on the X or file->exit, same error)


Actual Results:  
if you restart, the other tabs will be load, but the important question is the problem.


default theme, Windows xp, SP2, Firefox 3.0 final build

in about:config
name: browser.tabs.warnOnClose
is true, but no effect.

and i have tab mix plus installed, if this can be a problem, i don't know.

i'm happy, if any can try without tab mix plus and report it.

This was an intentional change. If you have the "show my tabs and windows from last time" selected under "When Firefox starts:", we won't prompt on Quit. Disable that feature if you want to be prompted every time you Quit (you'll still be offered the option to save your session).

Sorry, i have selectet:
When Firefox starts: Homepage

And i see not a question! ;-( 

(please not: i think tab mix plus can create the error, but i think no: i have check it without tab mix plus, also, clean pofil, same error!)

Please post the values of the following prefs (from about:config):
browser.startup.page
browser.tabs.warnOnClose
browser.warnOnQuit

(i can't chanche this! dubbleclick, no reaction!)
i think this pref must i change, impossible!

how can i chanche outside about:config?

You should be able to change it with about:config, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. Perhaps one of your extensions are interfering? Try it in safe mode?

Yea! i have it change it, try to close in the safe mode with open tabs, perfect!

now start normal, yea, work perfect! Thank you!

And now can i change it in the about:config without a problem in the normal modus.
