Thomas, is this still an issue, is it even a bug?

(In reply to Wayne Mery (:wsmwk) from comment #1)

Tbh, I am not able to extract from the fuzzy story of comment 0 what this is really about. Confirms my point that bugs which are not following the protocol (STR-Actual-Expected) are much harder or even impossible to act on, more so a decade later when maybe reporter was seeing things which we no longer have. Maybe we should insist more on proper format, which will also prevent a lot of time-wasting guesswork.
We can ask reporter, but otherwise let's just close this down.

Thanks. You are absolutely correct about good STR, and you also confirm my opinion about the report.

midair-collision - same thoughts here! That's the only sensible resolution.
ni?reporter fails with a BMO error.
So I guess we can just close it now. Comment 0 isn't clear, but doesn't quite look like a bug (although the summary does). Maybe involving settings where the message body isn't downloaded, but then: CC is in the header. It doesn't make sense.
Anyone who knows more and thinks otherwise, feel free to reopen and provide proper numbered steps to reproduce, actual result, and expected result.
