Details

When you set a local file as your startup page in FF3, when initially starting Firefox in a new session, the startup page should load in its tab, the 'Go' button (green arrow) in the address bar should be replaced with the Favourite star to indicate that the tab has been loaded. However, the green arrow stays there as if the page had not been loaded.
