When opening a new window with javascript and the adressbar should be hidden, firefox 3 (as IE 7) shows a small adressbar anyway. While this might be fine regarding security I would be able to disable that feature at least in the extended JavaScript settings.

Reproducible: Always

Note : bugzilla is *not* a support website, it's used for filing bugs.

Thanks. But this is for geeks (like you and me) only. But not for the average user.

Yes. And for defining missing features. That's why I set severity to "enhancement".
I did not ask for technical support. I asked for a setting in the extended JavaScript settings. That is the options dialog where similar settings can be made (like hiding the statusbar or the contextmenu). I don't see a reason why exactly that setting should not be there.

I don't understand why this is invalid.
