User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008052906 Firefox/3.0 After upgrading to Firefox 3 some bookmark urls are missing especially from folders that contained more than 6 links before update Reproducible: Didn't try Steps to Reproduce: 1. Downloaded the Firefox 3 and ran the installer 2. I had the latest Firefox 2 open and got the msg showing i should close Firefox 3. I closed Firefox 2 and continued with the installation 4. Once done I opened a bookmark folder and noticed that not all my links were there. 5. It looks as if it deleted the last or last few bookmarks. Meaning whatever was at the bottom of the list before was gone. 6. Checked some other bookmark folders and it did not do this within every folder but i could see it in folders that had more than 6 links. Expected Results: All bookmarks should be available after an upgrade
You may find that this corrects itself on a reboot. I had the same thing but all is correct now.
(In reply to comment #1) > You may find that this corrects itself on a reboot. I had the same thing but > all is correct now. > Thanks for the info. I did a system restart but the links are still missing. Its nothing i cant get again but i hope its not part of a bigger issue.
